Detached, luxurious, modern , villa with large pool and garden. Many amenities and unique unobstructed mountain, valley and sea view . The total area of the villa is 580 sq.m. and the total area of the garden is 3.500 sq.m.

Every detail of the villa has been carefully selected , every corner carefully honed to exude elegance, taste, comfort .
The luxury furniture, the lighting crystal swarovski, the marble staircase with gilded railing , the large loft and layout of sites, make this villa unique which definitely does not appeal to anyone but people who know how to appreciate the value of objects and facilities and seek to a unique villa for their holidays .

On the ground floor you will find the large living room with the fireplace and chandeliers which emit a unique feeling of warmth and coziness . The cozy dining room is also located on the same level and as well as a bathroom. A double glazed further door leads to the pool , and the garden which is full of roses, trees , fruits, vegetable and olive trees .
The ground floor also includes a modern, large and functional kitchen , in unsurpassed quality, with beautiful colour combinations , and one overlooking to the pool balcony. All electrical appliances (oven , hob , fridge freezer , dishwasher , microwave , etc ) are fitted.

From the living room , a marble staircase with handmade , gold- coloured railings leads to the first floor. At this level we find the master bedroom , very large , with en suite bathroom Jacuzzi, 2 indoor closets, large windows and a balcony to the pool .
The second bedroom is also very large, with en suite bathroom , fitted wardrobes and views over the pool.
The third bedroom has an en suite bathroom , fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the pool and garden .
The fourth bedroom, is very comfortable and overlooking the garden.

From this floor , a semicircular wooden staircase leads to the last level , the attic . It is featuring wooden ceilings and wooden floors, and has huge libraries , living room, office, kitchen, bathroom, and balconies with unobstructed views to the sea, the mountains and the valeys of the trees.

All levels of the house communicate with each other and with lift, located in the ground floor lobby , the hallway of the first floor and in the attic ( last level ).

The villa has a very large swimming pool and surrounding area with sunbeds, umbrellas, BBQ, wood oven, marble table, benches and outdoor furniture.

The outdoor area ( 3,500 m² ) has a fully landscaped garden ( with automated watering system ) with various flowers and plants , roses, olives , fruit trees and vegetable garden and all around a large pool (60 sq.m.) with ample space for umbrellas around , sun loungers and garden furniture .

The home location is ideal as it is located just 5 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the town of Rethymno.

Top quality villa for families with kids near Rethymno

Excellent villa for families with children. Close to Rethymno as well as the sea. Perfect facilities, especially the pool: awesome! Comfortable and clean. Good quality equipment. The villa does even have a lift: especially convenient to reach the second floor:) We were three families from Lithuania with 6 kids, ages 4 to 16. Stayed in July 2016. Everybody happy, children in the pool no less than the parents having the time of their lives when grilling local delicacies and having ouzos in the garden:) Warm welcome and very friendly treatment from the owner and the manager.
