Spacious Modern Villa with Pool and Amazing View!
- Villa Gaia Modern is a brand-new house built in 2018. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of people who want to have unforgettable vacations in Crete. It is situated in a quiet area in the village Skouloufia, 18km away from Rethymno. The villa is built in two floors layout. It has two yards, a barbecue area and a private parking. The house has four verandas overall, one of them in front of the pool, where the guests can relax and enjoy their food or drink along with the beautiful view to the sea and the town of Rethymno, but also to the countryside and the mountain Psiloritis. It is suitable for up to 8 people. There are four bedrooms, all with view to the sea. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two have two twin beds each. All of the bedrooms have access to the verandas. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining and living room with fireplace and a smart Sat-TV. The house has two bathrooms, one of them equipped with a jacuzzi. Around the villa, there are many villages with tavernas, mini markets, gas stations and pharmacies nearby, as well as many historical sightseeings like the Arcadi Monastery and the archaeological site and the museum of the Ancient Eleytherna. The nearest beach is only 6 km away from the villa and the city of Rethymno is only 18kms away.
