The entrance has pretty flower beds, twin patios and comfortable garden furniture. The garden is suitable for young kids since there is a small playground. There is ample outside dining area for those meals al-fresco and the brick build barbecue compliments this area. Stone steps lead down into the gardens, to a 40sqm swimming pool with children's pool and the raised pool terraces are equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Changeover day is flexible. The villa must be vacated by 11:30 am on departure day but can be flexible if available. Arrivals at 4pm.
