Set right in front of the Aegean sea, Casa Negro is a unique seaside getaway taking advantage of Cretes dramatic landscape and coastal light. Just a step away from the beach and all the amenities located nearby, it is a perfect holiday destination for couples and families. Casa Negro is located on the ground level of a 3-storey building. It is a single-level 150 sq. m home which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 people if necessary. Internally, a palette of earthy tones combined with wood and natural materials, with hints of the beach, gives the interior a relaxing environment. Indoor Layout Bedrooms 1 & 2: Located on either side of the corridor; each has a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan, mini fridge, open closet, and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and rain shower. Right-side bedroom has patio doors with direct access to the pool terrace. Open Plan Living Area: Features a long wooden dining table (seats 8), seating area with sofa, fireplace, ceiling fan, and 55" Smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead to the seafront terrace with pool, outdoor dining, and lounge area overlooking the sea. Spacious, clean and relaxing. You have everything you need. Just a short drive to the town center. A few restaurants just a walk down the beach and numerous restaurants in Rethymno.You have a coffee shop next door and a mini market just short walk away. Ein Schlafzimmer hat einen schönen Blick auf den Pool. Die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer haben leider keinen Ausblick. Aber man hält sich ja überwiegend im Aussenbereich auf, der sehr schön ist. Blick auf das Meer, das mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen ist. Die Umgebung ist nicht sehenswert. Eine viel befahrene Straße oberhalb der Wohnung, doch den Straßenlärm hört man kaum.
