This inviting ground-floor house, nestled in a two-story building, boasts an exclusive retreat with access to a spacious swimming pool and a well-appointed garden featuring a BBQ area—perfect for moments of relaxation and social gatherings. The interior of the house exudes warmth and light, featuring a sunlit living room where guests can unwind in comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen designed for delightful cooking experiences offering all the essentials for preparing delightful meals.  
  
Accommodating up to 4 guests, the apartment includes two tastefully decorated bedrooms: one furnished with double bed and one with two single beds.
