The exclusive residence sits in an enviable position, set in the village of Prinos, this unique Residence offers a peaceful setting, within 15’ minutes walking reach to the Skaleta beach, where many exploration opportunities can be found, including shops, restaurants and a bus stop with regular itineraries. Aelia Residence is notable for its spacious 4 acres grounds, promising a private retreat to the individual explorers. Wrapped up with a well-tended lawn & sweeping olive trees, complimented by a picturesque lavishing private pool of 100m2 and 1.5 meters deep, is the ideal location to recline before the sunset unfolds in all its majesty. Our younger guests will definitely cherish dipping and splash about in the children’s pool until well past bed time. For a blissful relaxation, lay on the high quality shaded day-beds next to the state-of-the-art pool, & let an invigorating early morning dip to awaken the should & mind and revitalise you.

Dine al fresco at the 100m2 shaded fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, taking in the far reached Rethymno views with a chilled glass of white wine, is blissful retreat for all. The surroundings are enriched by a lavishing six guests capacity heated spa whirlpool and an elegant furnished relaxed area offers the chance to share some engaging tales.

Interior Layout
Ascending the exquisite Villa, you shall be welcomed to neutral palette spacious living room area, featuring an open fireplace and a 60’’ HDTV . This area has direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, for self catering escapes and a dining area for family gatherings & joyful homemade meals. This floor also boasts a stylish balcony and a WC.

With room to cater for 11 guests, Aelia Residence has 5 luxury bedrooms set upon peaceful earthy palettes and crisp white beddings. A perfect family retreat sits on the lower level with a double bed, extra sofa bed, en-suite bathroom and a glass rainfall shower. The remaining four bedrooms can be found on the first floor, 2 couples sanctuaries with double beds, 1 with a semi double and 1 with two single beds which can also be joined and form a King size bed upon request. The double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while there is an additional family bathroom with bathtub on the first floor.

A generous recreation area for all ages, is located on the lower level of this residence and awaits to be discovered. Little ones are sure to captivate their imaginations with their own playroom and for the teens there is an impressive Chevilliotte pool table , Home cinema with Blue ray sound player & play station 4.

For the wellness lovers there is a lavishing massage room, a sauna that has room for 3 people, equipped gym (including a treadmill, an elliptical machine, weights and a multi-station) and a shower with separate WC.
