"Highly recommend staying here - we wouldn't look anywhere else. By far the best stay of our whole trip. Rooms are huge, and really nice. Great location out of the way. Exceptionally quiet. Our only objections were a 6 light fixture that only had one bulb working and a heavy piney scent when we entered. We couldn't find any origin for the scent and it eventually went away. Overall great place."

"Sarah was friendly and greeted us with a snack basket. The travel trailer is well used. The bed was comfortable. The heat worked well, but couldn’t seem to control temperature so we kept turning it off and on manually."

"This spot was a 10 out of 10! Lona is a gem of a host and a really great human. It was hard to leave. You can tell that she puts her heart into the home by the way it's cared for and the way we were greeted. After a very long travel day and more adventures to come for our family of 5, this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everyone had their space, and we loved the porches, grill, firepit, and yard games. The house was very clean, very well-stocked, with little extras like a plate of cookies, cozy blankets, and even slippers. This trip has been a bucket list for 20 years, to show my kids Alaska and all the beauty surrounding - and having a spot like this added to the awesomeness of our trip!"

"Host was extremely helpful and friendly! The place was exactly what our large family needed for a weekend stay. Everything was clean, with new furniture and exactly as pictured. Had lots of parking and great hot tub. Only thing that would be great to add is some more bedside lamps/standing lamps as it is basement level and a bit dim. Otherwise great stay!"

"Super cute hostel with a lot of amenities, just outside Seward. Lots of little games you can play, instruments, and a full use kitchen as well as multiple bathrooms and shower options. It is communal living for the commons, but plenty of individual rooms/yurts as well."
