The hotel is ideally located near the beach. It’s a very spacious hotel with excellent facilities and our room was cavernous. Breakfast was excellent.

Disappointing — AC did not cool the room We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, our room remained 24–26°C overnight despite the AC being set to 19°C and running continuously. The outside temperature was approximately 22°C. My family and I were unable to sleep and were awake until approximately 3 a.m. I have asthma, so reliable AC was an important reason I selected this hotel. We reported the problem and provided a photo documenting the temperature and AC setting. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide an alternative room, fan, or other solution. Because we were awake most of the night, we also missed the included breakfast. When we asked later that morning whether we could have some of the remaining breakfast items, we were refused and told we would have to pay for cereal even though breakfast was included in our booking. If AC is important to you, I would book elsewhere.
