Great host! We really enjoyed all of the appliances provided, the sleeping accommodations, three showers and lastly the slippers for indoor and outdoor usage! We had a large party and were very pleased!

A comfortable, clean and convenient house! Located very close to shopping, restaurants and freeway access. Great central location in a safe neighborhood. My friends and I really liked staying there!

Great house with ample space!

This is a great house for big groups - there are four bedrooms and other options for sleeping as well! Great views, big back yard, easy parking. We also loved that the host labeled all of the cupboards and drawers throughout the house.

Location is excellent with nice views of the city and mountains, and is adjacent to a large open area with trails and disc golf. The 4 bedrooms (one with 4 bunk beds) can accommodate a large family or family gathering. Kitchen has a large sink and refrigerator looks new. Spacious area outside with deck, hot tub, and grill. Only issue is that the downstairs bedroom is adjacent to the furnace which can be noisy if one is a light sleeper. Another refrigerator, sink, and microwave is downstairs.

Family reunion

This house is great for multiple families. Plenty of space inside and out to enjoy everyone. It didn’t feel crowded even with 8 adults 1 child and a dog. Great views of the mountains and downtown Reno. Benjamin is a great host. If you do need to contact him he responds quickly. We would stay here again. Thank you again Benjamin we had a great time!

Best host ever!

This house is awesome! All the beds are comfortable, have plenty of bedding, I have plenty of towels and pillows. Also, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. But the best part about this home is the host! He responds so quickly and we had a major issue and he fixed it right away! His communication skills were the best!!

What we love about this house is it’s pet friendly, could easily communicate with host & reponds right away, multiple rooms & beds for big family, it has everything you need from bedsheets, blankets, pots & pans, cooking utensils, plates &cups set, shower gel, shampoo & conditioners, cleaning supplies, and some more things. We also love that it’s very close to Rancho San Rafael Park where the event was(the reason for our stay) its 8 mins drive as well as Downtown Reno. Close to Supermarket & gas stations about 2 mins away. It’s clean & very beautiful inside. Recommend

Great location for Family gathering!

We rented this home for our sons graduation from UNR in May and we're very happy with everything! The communication with Ben was great, and he was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The location was perfect, close to our son's house, and not too far from campus. It was very well equipped with everything that we could have needed, and perfect for all of our family with plenty of sleeping space down stairs, and three well appointed rooms upstairs. The backyard was spacious, with a fire pit, different seating areas, and a barbecue, which we did not end up using. Neighborhood was quiet, and we would definitely stay again!

Great home, wish I could have stayed longer than a quick overnight because its set up perfectly for that. We have a large family and the host was awesome and welcoming and the setup was perfect with lots of rooms and bathrooms. Great all around!

Excellent location, easy access from i-80. Short distance to downtown and a supermarket just down the street. Access to the house was easy and the host was an excellent communicator.
