It is bright, air-conditioned and has wifi (fibre optics), and can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with walk-in shower and rainshower). The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A 17 m² living room with TV \- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... \- A bedroom with 1 double bed (160×200) \- A bathroom with Italian shower, WC Outside : \- A balcony, a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days On the ground floor of the residence, you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a bicycle garage. Please note Access to the flat is by stairs. Please take this information into account if you have heavy luggage, or if you are a disabled or elderly person. The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
