Located on the 3ᵉ floor, this fully renovated flat has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. The flat is composed as follows : \- A living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- A modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with toaster, oven, coffee machine, microwave, etc. \- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) \- A shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and wall-hung WC The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by. De plus il était stipulé dans l annonce une place de parking privé et dès confirmation de la réservation on nous a dit l inverse donc obligé de se stationner dans un parking à 40€ par jour … mais sinon tout était parfait…." ##### Agence C.
