Cocoonr agency offers this charming 54 m² flat with Wi-Fi (fiber optics), which can accommodate up to 2 people, is available to rent in Rennes. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

The location is great. Many very good restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk. The Metro station is 2 minutes away. The lively area makes it fun.
