Cozy holiday apartment on the Rheinhöhe near Bonn for families

Experience a relaxing stay in our family-friendly holiday apartment in Oberwinter, an idyllic district of Remagen. The fully furnished 46sqm 2-room apartment in the basement can accommodate up to 4 people plus a child and is an ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding area.

The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a writing desk and a 42-inch flatscreen TV (with Astra and Amazon Fire Stick). A high-quality sofa bed with a 22cm thick hard foam mattress offers comfortable sleeping for up to two people. In the bedroom you will find a king-size box spring bed for up to two people and space for a cot. A coat rack and three chest cupboards provide plenty of storage space.

The fully equipped kitchen has an integrated dining area and offers everything you need for self-catering with a mini oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer combination and dishwasher. A Miele washing machine is also available. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and fully automated ventilation.

In front of the holiday apartment there is a 30m² terrace and a large garden for shared use (including sun area and trampoline). The apartment is in the basement of a new building with underfloor heating and is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are only allowed by arrangement.

The holiday apartment on the Rheinhöhe offers you a central location for various excursion destinations in the Ahr Valley and Middle Rhine. Discover the wonderful landscape and visit the Rolandsbogen with a view over the Siebengebirge, the Drachenfels with a view of Bonn and the Middle Rhine Valley or explore the nearby towpath on the Rhine by bike. The Rheinhöhenweg hiking trail runs about 50m directly behind the holiday apartment.

You can reach Bonn center in around 20 minutes by car, Remagen in just under 10 minutes and Bad-Neuenahr-Ahrweiler in around 20 minutes. Koblenz can also be reached in around 30 minutes, and Cologne takes around 40 minutes. There are excellent public transport connections from Oberwinter train station, from which trains to Bonn/Cologne and Koblenz run several times an hour. Doctors and shops for your daily needs can be found in the Oberwinter Center, about 1 km away.
