The spa area was nicely renovated and the saunas had a nice view into nature, but the sauna area itself was slightly difficult to navigate, because there were many separate rooms for the saunas and not one large area which gave you a good overview of everything. The breakfast buffet was standard, but lacked a choice of milk alternatives such as oat milk, which were provided only on request. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber und doch waren Haare in der Badewanne. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, leider wird allerdings durch die vorgegebene Etagere sehr viel Essen zurückgegeben. Der Service beim Frühstück war nicht koordiniert und organisiert. Es hat schon mal 15.Minuten gedauert um einen Cappuccino zu bestellen. Ich habe Familien beobachtet, diese hatten mit ihren Kindern schon sehr zu kämpfen, weil es sehr lange gedauert hat, bis das Essen oder die Servicekraft kam. Beim auschecken aus dem Hotel, musste ich das Personal darauf hinweisen, dass ich doch gerne meine offenen Posten noch bezahlen möchte. Fazit: Für ein 4\*S Hotel, muss der Service vom Personal sehr viel besser werden und ich empfehle hier dringend eine Schulung. Aufgrund von Corona einige Einschränkungen. Zudem war lediglich eine Person für Anwendungen anwesend, die auch nur Gesichtsbehandlungen anbot, es waren keine Massagen möglich. Sehr eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung im Hotel. Altes Schwimmbad, der ganze Nassbereich gehört renoviert, auch das Zimmer war ziemlich alt.
