Each bedroom features its own flat-screen TV and a cosy double bed. On the ground floor, there are two stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers. After an exciting day in the mountains, relax in our spacious living area with panoramic windows while the fireplace crackles and provides cosy warmth. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to create culinary masterpieces, which you can then enjoy together with your loved ones at the cosy dining table. In addition to a combined living and dining room with a flat-screen TV, the chalet’s ground floor also features a storage room with a ski boot dryer and an additional guest bathroom. The elegant solid wood parquet flooring creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth—a perfect combination for relaxing moments in your chalet.<br> Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial for relaxation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderate and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region.
