The Am Hausberg holiday home is located on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Reit im Winkl. The house offers a warm, family-friendly, and well-maintained atmosphere. Four non-smoking holiday apartments with south-facing balconies and unobstructed mountain views can accommodate two to four people. We’re happy to offer you our bread roll delivery service. Our guests have the option to charge their electric cars directly at our house for a fee. For sports enthusiasts, there is a large bike and ski storage room with charging stations for e-bikes. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are located in the immediate vicinity.

We have taken great care in furnishing this comfortable apartment to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The non-smoking apartment for 2–4 people is tastefully furnished with light-colored, high-quality built-in furniture in a rustic style and includes a direct-dial telephone, cable TV, a mini-hi-fi system, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The living room, with a south-facing balcony and mountain views, features a dining area, a double pull-out couch, and a tiled stove with a cosy bench. The separate bedroom also has its own balcony.
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial for relaxation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat remains moderate and nights stay pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is largely determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilising natural heat sources and providing ample bus service.
