Convient hotel to visit Reims

Posted 05-Sep-2017
Pros: location was ideal
Cons: more choice on the menu particularly gulten free
Hotel very easy to find from motorway it is just down the road to the park and ride which is the easiest way to get to the centre and the cheapest as well. This was explained to us by the very helpfull staff.

Looks like a Motel 6

Pros: Not much.
This was my first time staying at a Campanile. Don't like it. The room is too small.

Bad Service and Bad Remodeling

Posted 16-May-2017 on Hotels
There is only one person working during office hours and they are slow, not knowledged about the hotel and rude. After office hours, there is nobody at front desk and nobody picks up the phone number listed on the front desk door. So if anything happens to your room, or if you get locked out --- you're out of luck.

For many years we loved the Campanile evening meals. After the format was changed the standard really went downhill and we always had supper elsewhere. We decided to try once more and we were very happy to find that the buffet choice was much improved and the standard of the main course much higher than it has been for some time.

Only use if other Reims Campaniles are full!

Hotel appears very run down on the exterior. The parking is neither enclosed nor guarded on an industrial estate - it did not feel very safe with the room doors opening straight to the outside.

Exactly what you would expect from a Campanile Hotel.

Functional; a place to sleep while travelling

This hotel is good if you're on your way somewhere else. A comfortable bed for the night, but be prepared for noise from other rooms in the early hours of the morning!

expensive for a cot

Posted 14-Oct-2016
We used this as a stopover hotel. I only expected a descent room. What we got was the the smallest room I have ever seen. We had three guests so I expected a three person room. What we got was a two person room with an additional cot. Walls are like paper the occupants next door might as well have been in our room. I shouldn't have stayed there.

Like all other Campaniles, clean, convenient and efficient.
