Upon first entry, the hotel seemed very clean. The shower is a bit small. Incredibly disappointing was that the toilet stopped working! It wouldn’t even turn over to flush. When I picked up the phone to dial 0, nothing happened. So the phone was broken and the phone cradle was so dirty.
We walked downstairs to tell the front desk what was happening. The man was very nice and put in a request to have it fixed. After an hour, we decided to go ahead and check out early. The complementary beverages and snacks were disappointing. Two bags of chips, three sodas, and two water bottles.
The valet men were so nice.
Overall, the location was perfect and the staff were nice, but for $$$$$$, I expect a working toilet and phone. Not worth the money and we won’t be back.

Wonderful experience at The Jefferson. Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Best shower with incredible water pressure! We had dinner at The Greenhouse and breakfast several days. The food and service were excellent! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel.

"The hotel needed a new rug. The rug was disgusting. I asked for a king NO SMOKING room and the room stunk so bad of cigarette smoke. They offered to replace the room with a double bed but I had already unloaded everything in the room. There was mold on the ceiling. The breakfast was basic stuff. ..."
