  • This charming 3-bedroom 2-bath home is located at 38258 Anna B. Street on the ocean beach-side of Route 1, close to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches, and Silver Lake(the forgotten mile area). Downtown Rehoboth shops, restaurants, the boardwalk and beaches are within 2 miles north; and Delaware State Parks are located within 3 miles north and south. A sunroom touts a lot of seating and a full-size sleeper sofa in addition to the 3 bedrooms, An outdoor patio boasts 2 firepits, chairs and canopy umbrellas to relax while not at the beach. In 2020 a heated Salt water pool was added for the private use of the renters. This home is less than 10 mins walking time to Chesapeake Street Beach.
