The condo is perfect for a small to medium sized family, very open and comfortable. Once you learn the lay of the land you’ll find beaches minutes away as well as the Rehoboth boardwalk area. You’re minutes from the outlets, restaurants and other attractions. The highway can get crowded however it’s not worth multiples of the cost to stay in a more downtown spot. It was perfect for our needs, allowing us to make breakfast each morning, hang out together, enjoy the warm weather in the screened deck, and rest comfortably. The location was ideal for a straight drive up to Dover, with access to great breweries and the beach no more than a few miles away. It met all our needs and took so much stress out of the trip, allowing us to really enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend this property for its price, convenience, and cleanliness, especially for any trips to the area during the non-peak season. We stayed here for four days and it was great for our party of 6\. Close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. The complex was quiet and relaxing. The unit was super clean and comfortably decorated. Management company was easy to reach and fast to resolve any issues. Highly recommend. We stayed in a heatwave and the AC was stable, pool was warm and clean. To much running above us the entire time they were in the apartment. Even when asked the very first day to try and not let them run back and forth.
