"This property was centrally located in Dewey Beach within walking distance of everything, including the ocean. Everything was new and clean making this condo very comfortable. Parking was easy and we especially enjoyed the bay view and beautiful sunsets. We would certainly return to this beautiful spot again."

We did run into two small issues that were unavoidable, but had a clear line of communication with the owner and were resolved without causing a single wrinkle in our stay. "The house was great the area was lovely, we were only there a night and tried to communicate with host about supposed resort fees on listing. We were told to check the website since the fees vary. We had to look for ourselves and could not find them. Once we arrived and were required to do an additional check in at the main office we were charged 55/ per person over the age of 4! Renter be ware. This was not transparent before we arrived. Would not recommend this unless you check before hand how...
