  • Welcome to 72 Sussex Street, Unit #5 at The Pines—your perfect beach getaway in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. This recently updated two-bedroom, one-bath condo is ideally located just four blocks from the beach and boardwalk and only one block from Rehoboth Avenue. The inviting open-concept living space features a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room with a SMART TV, all opening to a spacious private balcony. Additional highlights include ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, and access to a shared, coin-operated washer and dryer. The property offers assigned parking for one vehicle (no overflow parking available). The unit is cooled by three window air-conditioning units, and the building does not have an elevator. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
    Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges.
