  • Come enjoy this cosy cottage in peaceful Bay Vista. Built in 2017, newly furnished and equipped with a gourmet kitchen. Located closer to the canal and bay you will be able to enjoy quiet walks at night to check out the stars. Only 2-2.5 miles from downtown and Rehoboth Beach it's conveniently located to avoid the traffic on route 1. The home includes a Rehoboth Beach parking pass. This home comfortably Sleeps to 6 people. A bonus office space with a “tween” day bed could be added for a seventh bed. Parking on site accommodates up to 4 cars. No pets please!
    Your rental includes bedding and bath towels and kitchen linens. Owner supplies beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, quality bed linens, bath towels, cleaning supplies and paper goods. Just bring your Beach Towels!
    From Memorial Day through Labor Day we prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals.

Rehoboth Beach Summer Vacation

We had a great time at this home, it is a short distance to the beach (5 min drive) and close to many places without getting caught up in traffic. The property is very clean and everyone had enough space. Sitting in the outside area was a memorable, we were comfortable the entire time and would love to come back.

Very nice property!

We had a very nice stay at this property. Everything you need is included, which was so convenient. The property owner provided detailed information about the property and Rehoboth Beach, and was easy to reach by telephone. It’s located on a quiet street and is just a 5-7 minute drive to the beach. It is nicely decorated and there are thoughtful touches throughout.

FABULOUS place. This is our second time staying at this property. It is so clean and tranquil. The back porch is a phenomenal retreat for starting your day with coffee and relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is great as it is tucked away from the busy route 1 and then it's a quick over the bridge to the beaches. Beautiful place and Jessica is a wonderful communicator. Thank you!

2nd time staying just as great as the 1st

This is the second summer we’ve stayed at this property and will likely come back for a third. Cleanliness is always amazing. My wife is a stickler for clean rentals and she’s rated this house top notch both times. The location is ideal. You cannot walk to the beach but it’s super close and an easy car ride. The neighborhood is quiet and the back porch is wonderfully peaceful. Renters are easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend this property. A+!!!

We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds and furniture are comfortable. While the traffic July 4th weekend was tough, it is an easy drive to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. We would stay again.

Clean and Perfect in Every Way!!

The house was spotless and had everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation! The quiet neighborhood was great for long walks. The location was just right. A short drive to the beautiful beaches and great outlets. The enclosed beautiful furnished back porch was cozy and relaxing at any time of day. Jessica was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Wonderful stay near Rehoboth

I would definitely come back. The house was new, clean, and cozy. The owners were very thoughtful. They had a rainy day toy box and games. I would suggest more games for adults ie. Monopoly, scrabble, Catan etc. I highly recommend this house in a nice quiet neighborhood a short drive to many of the beaches.
