Your dream vacation is about become a reality! Luxurious renovated efficiency unit located on the fourth floor of the building, King Murphy bed and queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with a private ocean front balcony.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private, oceanfront balcony as you watch the dolphins play in the surf, greeting another breathtaking sunrise. Swimmers and sunbathers can walk a few feet to the sand and surf or choose the building�s private pool and sundeck.
Restaurants, shopping, and amusements are a short stroll away. Free, wireless Internet access available with this unit. All appliances and utensils are in mint condition. On-site management and security make this building the Gem of Rehoboth Beach. High speed wireless internet, smart TV.
RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $90.00 CLEANING FEE
One parking space available in the garage off of Brooklyn Street or parking lot off of Laurel Street. 2.8% credit card surcharge to be paid by guest.

Great view and location

The oceanfront condo was very cozy. Loved having coffee on the balcony, watching the sun rise over the ocean and hearing the waves at night. Murphy bed was very comfortable. Lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance. Very safe property. You need a key to get into garage and condo building. The only drawback is you have to bring your own towels, linens, trash bags, dish soap, beach chairs, etc. That may be a hassle if you're not driving. There is coin operated washers & dryers on the property. You need your own detergent. We really enjoyed the condo and the vibe of the neighborhood. I definitely would recommend this place for a lovely getaway for two.
