    Bathed in natural light thanks to its southern exposure, this home sits on a spacious lot with peaceful views of surrounding trees, offering both privacy and a relaxing connection to nature. Inside, the open floorplan creates a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas—perfect for gathering with family and friends.

    The kitchen is a standout feature, with crisp white tones, upgraded countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island that invites conversation, cooking, and shared meals. Sleek gray luxury vinyl plank flooring runs throughout the main living spaces, complementing the modern coastal aesthetic.

    The main-floor primary bedroom provides a comfortable and private retreat, complete with plush neutral carpeting, a walk-in closet, and a transom window that adds soft, natural light. The ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, a granite countertop, and a spacious shower. A second bedroom, also finished with cozy carpeting, is conveniently located near the hall bathroom with a granite countertop and tub/shower combination.

    Additional amenities include a laundry/mudroom equipped with a high-efficiency washer and dryer, along with built-in cabinetry for added convenience.

    Can sleep up to 6 with the pull-out sofa in the living room. There is no tub in the 2nd bathroom - only a shower. The primary BA has the shower/tub combo. There is no access to the walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. That is used as the owner's closet.

    Dogs are OK, with a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit.

The newly renovated home was very clean, comfortable & the enclosed in back yard was perfect for our dog! The kitchen is large, airy, and well appointed with all the kitchen gear. The beds are comfy & showers are suitable. Unfortunately, the Wi-fi is pretty bad and at times totally non-existent. So the entire 5 night stay we were having major issues getting any messages through (or even making phone calls …which was an issue when I attempted to receive calls from my Doctor & pharmacy, as my daughter needed a script for a sinus infection.) And it made it practically impossible for my husband to work from home for the 3 days he had planned. (You can imagine how popular I was.(Additionally, the TV’s also clearly have some connection issues as while we were watching the living room TV it would randomly stop displaying & a message would come up with the “sorry we are experiencing an issue error message” & it would pause and we would have to wait, turn it off, try to connect and this whole process took a few minutes each time (& it happened a lot). Kinda a big issue when you are trying to watch the FIFA 2026 games (again, you can imagine how popular I was with the husband :( We often opted to just drive to Fins (which is super close and on the ocean side of coastal highway so easy to get to) to watch it on their TV’s. It looks like the owners have added router extenders, so not sure ifs a T-mobile issue or just no cell towers in the area.
