What supplies are provided? We offer a starter pack of essentials so you can settle in comfortably without rushing to the store. This includes: Liquid hand soap in each bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, Coffee filters

What are guests responsible for before checkout?
We simply ask that you:
Wash any used dishes
Take out the trash to the mailbox area on Sunday night (a $50 fee applies if not done)
Sweep out any sand tracked into the home
We provide a vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan. Guests are not expected to deep clean before departure.
