Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath first floor condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This end unit condo offers easy access to community pool via back screened-in-porch (with ceiling fan and table/chairs) and adjoining patio.

Comfortably sleeps 6 with king main and queen beds other 2 bedrooms. Roll-away cot provided for an additional person. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom (with handicap assist rail), walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and 50-inch flat screen TV. Large second bedroom (15 x 12) with ceiling fan, flat screen TV, large closet and dresser. Third bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. Second and Third bedrooms share a full bathroom (tub/shower).

Upgraded Kitchen has granite countertops and provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 (and can be expanded for more) while breakfast bar seats another 2 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for four for dining outside.

We were not disappointed, clean and spacious.

Thank you for sharing your property with me and my family. My kids got there first and called to tell me how clean and well maintained the home and surroundings were. They said “mom your going to love it”. I did and the location could not have been better. The Outlets were right across the street, such a variety of eateries and restaurants surrounding us.
