The screen in porch and balcony although nice look at a parking lot and dumpsters ! The smell is awful from the restaurants below .. building itself outside is run door and awful ! The location is a few short steps from the beach, within walking distance of the main streets shops and restaurants. The condo is very modern and clean- beds are very comfortable, shower has great pressure, kitchen is renovated and well stocked. The screened in back deck was a huge bonus- great for morning coffee. It was great to have the pool- small but well maintained. Be aware, the pool deck is extremely hot from the sun. However, Remax and the owners were so accommodating that I can not say enough about their level of concerns. We will be back for years!
