Other people that checked in the same time as us also had the same issues. We were left sitting there for half hr waiting for the email to arrive until we could get into our room. In terms of noise, the walls are extremely thin, we can even feel the vibrations on the wall from next door. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay for a few days. Staff friendly, with plenty of free parking and electrical charge points. "
