"Spacious room with big beds, pet-friendly (with only a small fee), and very pleasant staff. The breakfast could have offered more options, and the carpets seem due for cleaning, but it was a convenient stop on a long drive and afforded us a good night's sleep."

"The owners are very friendly and they have the perfect location for Highmark Stadium and we decided to stay an extra few days after the preseason game between the Bills and Giants and it was very easy to get to Niagara Falls Buffalo Salamanca Hamburg and the Erie County Fair and food places will always try to stay here during NFL games"
Charming 3-bedroom house in delightful Orchard Park with WiFi, AC
10/10 Excellent
"We loved this property. It was easy to find and check-in, close to the stadium (Go Bills!) and a Tim Horton’s, had a cozy backyard with a playset, and comfortable accommodations. We loved that the hosts provided some creamers in the fridge too. We would definitely come back! "
Spacious Retreat Walking Distance to Bills Stadium
10/10 Excellent
"Check-in went smoothly with precise instruction from Vibe. Quick response time from Vibe for any questions I had. Wifi worked well. Kitchen had all the necessities. Plenty of towels for the number of people in our party. A/C in good working order, a must given it was a hot summer weekend! Very private setting despite, well maintained grounds and buildings, close to grocery and easy to get to all of our local events. Perfect location for out of town fans attending a Bills game. Would definitely stay again!"
"My family and I returned home to Buffalo to attend a wedding. This property is about a mile from Highmark Stadium, where our beloved team plays! We found the property very clean, as described, and with plenty of essential items. Ismael was outstanding with communication and accommodating our schedule! Thank you Ismael! "
