Very clean, quiet, and spacious rooms. If we were staying longer the kitchenette would have been great. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. It needs some aesthetic fixes, but those were minor and didn't bother me while I was sleeping. Would stop here again.

Clean room with kitchenette added much more space to the room. Very open space enjoyed it a lot! Kitchenette had all of the little extra utensils pots and pans and dishes needed to prepare our own meals instead of spending extra money eating out at restaurants for a very small extra price to pay! Our second time there in the past month will definitely return there next time we visit Redding

Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the fridge worked great, and the microwave was also clean. Our only constructive comment was shared with the office: The tub needs a better slip proof surface, and even though the room was not ADA, a grab bar would be helpful. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our stay.

I like the cleanliness of the room and friendly staff but I got itches on my feet when I left the property so I had to deal with it the whole time I was driving for the whole day. My bad that I was walking around the room barefooted and didn’t worry about invisible bacteria might be on the floor that caused the itching because it was or looks clean. Well it’s a lesson learned… will be careful next time

The room was clean, and the staff was great. The only complaint is that the walls/ceiling were thin and there was a guest above us listening to his TV at a VERY loud volume all night. Finally at 6 am, I went to the front desk and they helped to call him and ask him to turn it down.

Favorite were Sunny. Heather and Alex They were remodeling and only inconvenience was getting new tv to get reconnected and easily done over phone… Hot water needed a little regulating but didn’t interfere with having a good shower just dialed to cold and it was warm and felt good pressure… Pool area clean and even had a barbeque you could use very clean.
