O hotel é bem localizado, e a equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora. No entanto, a propriedade em si parece bastante negligenciada e necessita de uma manutenção significativa, além de uma administração mais eficiente. Quando cheguei, fui acomodado em um quarto que ainda não havia sido limpo. Em seguida, fui transferido para outro quarto que estava limpo, porém sem toalhas, e o piso estava completamente molhado devido a um vazamento do ar-condicionado. Tive que informar o problema novamente e, felizmente, a equipe respondeu prontamente e resolveu a situação. Com uma melhor manutenção e uma gestão mais organizada, este hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito melhor aos seus hóspedes.

Senti falta de queijo coalho no café, acho que deveria ter. Um pãozinho de queijo, algo mais elaborado. O hotel em si é bem confortável, atende o mínimo de forma satisfatória. A vista do meu quarto não era boa, mas pelo preço promocional que eu paguei e o tempo que eu fiquei, achei ok. Silencioso, excelente para compromissos de trabalho. Se você vai para curtir a praia, atende totalmente a necessidade.

Local horrível. Nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim. Moveis do quarto embolorados e apodrecendo. Paredes sujas. Ar condicionado pingando água no piso. Janelas sujas. Sensação de estão um um lugar sujo e sem cuidados. Não tinha vaga de estacionamento e indicaram um prédio ao lado porém ninguém ofereceu ajuda com as malas. O estacionamento ao lado era pago e vc tinha que voltar com as malas por uma rua escura cheia de moradores de rua. O café da manhã não sei opinar pois não tivemos coragem de experimentar. A localização é ótima mas precisam ter uma aula de hotelaria.

Opções variadas de frutas e pães , para quem gosta, alem de bolos, raízes e ovos. O café sempre quente e a equipe sempre disposta a servir e muito receptiva. Senti falta de mais opções para quem tem restrição a glúten e a lactose mas, nada que me impedisse de validar o trabalho da equipe.
Vista para uma avenida bem movimentada, em frente ao hotel do outro lado da avenida tem um excelente restaurante de comida nordestina com música ao vivo e garçons com vestimenta temática.
