Situated in front of Praça 8, the apartment is a 7-minute walk from Praça do Relógio, a meeting point for those who want to visit the natural pools. To enjoy Porto's nightlife, the flat is a 5-minute walk from the Center's restaurants and fairs. The location allows guests to get around on foot without any worries. The apartment was fully planned and is divided into a suite with double bed and television, a bedroom with two single beds and a third support bed, living room with sofa bed and television integrated into the dining room with table for 6 places. All of these rooms have air conditioning. The property also has a guest bathroom, which can be isolated from the bedroom, a balcony with a gas barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is in a high-end condominium, which has a rooftop with swimming pool, sauna and air-conditioned party area, a swimming pool on the ground floor with barbecue and parking space for one car.
