Une vue magnifique ! Cette maison se trouve sur la côte sud de la sicile pas très loin d'Agrigente et de la vallée des temples. Elle est au calme dans la nature et il faut disposer d'un véhicule pour y arriver. Il est possible d'accéder à une plage privée via un chemin de terre un peu escarpé. L'hôte Tomasso est très serviable et gentil. La maison dispose de toutes les commodités tout en restant simple.Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Splendida casetta con terrazza vista mare da urlo

L'immobile, in splendida posizione per godersi la vista del mare dalla terrazza e dal lastrico solare, dispone di tre camere, un bagno e una cucina attrezzata. Indispensabile un'auto, meglio un suv, per affrontare la strada per raggiungere la zona, piuttosto isolata, e recarsi al paese vicino, dove si trovano tutti i servizi. Dalla casa scende un sentiero che porta al mare, ripido e nell'ultimo tratto da fare con cautela. La spiaggia è paradisiaca! Dalla casa in mezz'ora si raggiunge la Valle dei Templi e in 15 minuti la Scala dei Turchi

Ein Paradies mit ein Paar Nuancen

Insgesamt betrachtet war der Aufenthalt super! Der Besitzer hat von sich aus den Kontakt über WhatsApp aufgenommen und war dann auch immer erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Terrasse ein Traum und das Meer einmalig, wenn es nicht stürmisch war. Die Klimaanlage hat ihren Dienst sehr gut gemacht. Außerdem haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt., denn die "Anlage" aus fünf Häusern ist durch ein Tor abgesichert. Der Zugang zum Meer ist steil, aber machbar, auch mit Kindern (7 J.). Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist anspruchsvoll, aber ein geübter Fahrer sollte sie schaffen. Es gibt aber ein Paar Sachen, die man wissen muss: Die Straße bis zur Hauszufahrt ist sehr eng und an beiden Seiten mit Mauern abgegrenzt, was bei Gegenverkehr zu vielen brenzlichen Situationen führt. Mit einem größeren Auto noch mehr. Es stehen zwei Urlaubshäuser nebeneinander ohne Schallschutz. D.h. wenn man Pech hat und im Nachbarhaus sind Urlauber, welche ziemlich laut sind, dann ist es vorbei mit der Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Müllsammelstelle für die beiden Häuser ist neben den Eingang von diesem Haus, was für entsprechende Geruchsbelästigung am Eingang sorgt. WLAN funktionierte nur sporadisch und der Handyempfang war sehr schlecht. Abe, wie gesagt, insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen!

Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage in dem wunderschön gelegenen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft schön. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Großartige Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich toll gelegen. Es sind 5 Ferienhäuser in der "Anlage" . Von dort führt ein kleiner Weg hinunter zum Strand, der aber auch für Kinder (unsere waren zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes 3,4,6) gut begehbar ist. Der Strand ist quasi nur über diesen Weg oder übers Wasser erreichbar, daher hat man hier seine Ruhe und ist mit Glück sogar alleine. Der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse der Unterkunft ist großartig. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist Ok, weiter im Süden bei Pachino hat es uns jedoch besser gefallen.

Das Haus punktet vor allem mit der Aussicht von der Steilküste herab aufs Meer. Im Haus alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr unproblematische Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Gut gesichertes, abgelegenes Gelände - ideal als Augangspunkt für Fahrten nach Agrigent, Sciacca oder dem Naturreservat Torre Salsa. Die Anfahrt ist ein bisschen schwierig (was aber für Steilküste normal).

Kleines Haus am Meer

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es war sehr gut geputzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Menschen. Sie sind in 5 Minuten zur Stelle wenn mal etwas ist. Die Stromversorgung ist etwas instabil, aber ich glaube das ist in Sizilien normal. Dafür entschädigt der Blick von der Terrasse über das Mittelmeer. Die Zufahrt ist wirklich steil, ich empfehle Allradantrieb.

Fantastischer Blick auf das Mittelmeer

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderbar abgeschieden in einem sehr schönen Landschaftsraum. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus auf das Mittelmeer ist grandios. Über einen steilen Pfad erreicht man direkt vom Haus eine kleine Bucht mit schönem Sandstrand und sehr guter Bademöglichkeit.

UNSER URLAUBSTRAUM WURDE VOLL ERFÜLLT

Das Objekt liegt etwas außerhalb genial auf einer Klippe mit grandiosem Ausblick. Nicht ganz leicht mit dem Auto (das man braucht) zu erreichen, aber einmal dort entspricht es genau der Beschreibung und hat all unsere Wünsche (Ruhe, Aussicht, große Terasse, Grill, Ausstattung, ..) voll erfüllt. Besonders hervor zu heben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft und das Kümmern des Vermieters Tommaso, der uns in den gut 2,5 Wochen direkt ans Herz gewachsen ist. Seine Tipps betreffend Essen, Einkaufen und Strände waren uns eine große Hilfe. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur auf einem Steilhang etwa 50 m über dem Meer. Deshalb sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse aufs Meer. Das Haus ist eher für Urlaub in den wärmeren Monaten gemacht, in denen man die schöne Terrasse, das Dach und den Garten voll nutzen kann. Traumhafter Winterurlaub

Wir waren im Winter in diesem Objekt, die Lage nahe Agrigento ist gut. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer sehr nett empfangen. Die wunderschöne Privatbucht ist ein Traum! Wir hatten dort so viel Spaß mit den Kindern, komplett alleine. Der Ab- und Aufstieg sind es auf jeden Fall wert, es sind ca. 5-7 min zu Fuß. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist wunderschön, jeden Abend die Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen einzigartig! Das Haus hat alles was benötigt wird. Sizilien, auf jeden Fall wieder!

Maison avec vue magnifique directe sur la mer. Il est possible à partir de la maison d'alterner visites culturelles (agrigento, piazza armerina, ect) et journée dans les plages plus belles de la Sicile (il y a des parcs naturels encore sauvage magnifiques à quelques kilométrés). Un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires a rendu le sejour encore plus agreable !
