I am 75 with evidence of a recent major knee operation. The staff were lazy and uninterested. In addition I specifically asked and wrote down that 2 small ice bags that I need for my insulin pens were to be frozen. I picked them up on checking out and zero had been done. No interest at all and same men. Väldigt sköna sängar. Bra städat. Det framgick dock inte i bokningen att frukost ej ingick för den tredje gästen. 490 baht för 1 frukostbuffé. Däremot kostade deras lunchbuffé 259 baht och den var väldigt bra och prisvärd.
