Here you will find an attractive apartment / studio with balcony (36m2) for rent with stunning sea views. The almost endless beautiful sandy beach is right in front of the house. This beach is gently sloping and ideal for swimming and long walks. The tropical climate here in Central Thailand is very balanced. The mostly fresh sea breeze is very much appreciated. The location of VIP Condochain is located in the coastal strip between the city of Rayong and Ban Phe. In addition to the swimming pool, there are tennis courts, gym and petanque tracks for free use. The parking is guarded and costs nothing. Small restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
