"Very beautiful and clean hotel. Everything looks brand new and well maintained. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. The restaurant food and service was superb as well. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the room we stayed in was too loud for me. We were located right next to a stairwell that the door was being opened and closed repeatedly, plus the room was located right above the bustling street. The traffic noise started before 5am and the conversations of the foot traffic went well into the late night making it difficult to go to sleep. I would recommend staying at this hotel, but if I were to stay again I would specify that I want an interior room away from the street and any stairs."
"Excellent location, clean and serviceable room. The hotel is very close and easy walking distance to the center of Bar Harbor. We never had to struggle with parking downtown. The room was a motel room, and was clean and fine for our needs while visiting Acadia national park and Bar Harbor. Our room did have a refrigeration, but I would have preferred a coffer maker in the room. However, we were able to get hot coffee in the main office, even at 4:00am on the day we went to the sunrise on Cadillac Mountain. I enjoyed relaxing and reading in the Adirondack chairs on the front lawn of the motel."
"This was a perfect choice, right in the middle of Bar Harbor. A really great breakfast, which is open for a nice long time so you can either get out early to explore Acadia or lounge around the hotel. The veranda outside is great too. Rooms were clean and spacious. And the cookies in the lobby some afternoons were fantastic!"
"We had a great time staying here, now this hotel does not have a lot of amenities, but the room was very clean, they staff was great and helpful and it was the perfect place for a couple who only needed to the room to sleep and recharge after hiking all day in Acadia."
