About this property
Charming studio pool private terrace sea beach golf luxury residence
- Pretty charming studio (50 m2) in a luxury residence. New construction (April 2015). A small paradise any comfort. Pool, terrace and private lounge in private. King size bed plus a sofa bed. Perfect for a couple with children. two maximun (adult plus 15 € day) Air conditioning, tv, kitchen, fridge, freezer, water fountain. You can rent the studio with a villa ref 6071979 for a total of 10 people. The residence is located 15 minutes from one of the 10 beaches in the world (trip advisor) close to shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs etc ... We are located south of the island a few km from Rawai Bay, 15 minutes from where boats leave port for excursions. The residence is surrounded by a walled tropical garden. It has a 18x6 m pool and patogeoire for children. Our French director Jean Michel is there to serve you and advise you. We can rent cars and scooters. You have the option to have breakfast at the poolside restaurant (optional) see there with the director. A mini bus can also expect the airport if desired.
