It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a 1,500 m² walled garden where you can park your car in complete safety. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: \- A 40 m² living room with sofas (including a double sofa bed), a TV area (with armchairs) and a dining area. \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and desk area. \- Bedroom 2: with 1 single bed. \- Two shower rooms each with shower and WC. First floor: \- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can, on request, be joined to form a queen-size bed (160×200), the room is air-conditioned. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, baby bath, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Exterior: \- A lovely 1,500 m² west-facing enclosed garden, bordering the Canal de Bourgogne and the canal port, and facing the sunset. \- A 50 m² terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is ideally located in Ravières, in a very pleasant environment. It faces the Burgundy canal, with an uninterrupted view over the fields. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, markets, etc. are nearby. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot (for up to 4 vehicles).
