It features an attractive 52 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs, and a 3,500 m² garden. The house is ideally located in Ravières, in a very pleasant canal-side setting with a breathtaking view of nature as far as the eye can see. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities: On the property: swimming, table tennis, pétanque, soccer, lounging, etc. Sports: walks or bike rides along the canal (bikes available for hire). Tennis in the neighboring village, water-skiing and swimming at Lac de Pont (30 mn). Attractions: many nearby places of interest. Renaissance castles less than 15 minutes away: Ancy-le-Franc, Nuits, Tanlay, Meaulnes.
