This is a 600 square meters Multi-Storey Villa with a total of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, living spaces with kitchen. A/C available in the entire property. Outside you will enjoy a great large terrace with jacuzzi pool and stunning sea-views. A lovely rooftop with another jacuzzi as well as a solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. At your disposal also an indoor Sauna and a Turkish bath. Also, you will enjoy a direct sea access. To reach the sea you will have to climb about 150 steps. At the sea level you will find a concrete platform with steps to enter the water. A garage suitable for 3 cars is available. First two cars included in the price, third car at extra charge. The TV is set up to have access to Netflix so you can stream movies or watch TV shows. This is a family friendly location, suitable for events too as well as a wedding party. You will walk to the town of Minori (8 minutes walk) and you will find great coffee shops, lovely restaurants as well as the beach with the ferry dock. Many other popular attractions are nearby. With a short drive you will reach the towns of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano. ►► First Living Room and Kitchen. The living room is comfortable and has a relaxing vibe. Enjoy comfy wrap around sofa and extra chairs for seating. There is a smart TV and you can have Netflix using your passwords. The attached fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs is a cozy space for enjoying a good meal and/or cup coffee (or better yet, both!). There are pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, bakeware, fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a kettle, dishwasher, and more! We provide salt, pepper, bottled water and even a coffee corner. ►► Second Living Room, Kitchen and Sauna. A fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs is a cozy space for enjoying a good meal and/or cup coffee (or better yet, both!). There are pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, bakeware, fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a kettle, dishwasher, and more! All 7 bedrooms outfitted with super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort. In five bedrooms you will find a king size bed. In one bedroom you will find a queen size bed. In one bedroom you will find twin beds. An extra baby bed is available too. All bathrooms offer a stand up shower. The property is against a rock cliff with a very clear, probably 270 degree completely open view. 200 degrees was easily clear, unobstructed of the sea 15 stories below us. That a small 2 car-wide main highway ran past it was insignificant and road noise limited and did not disturb. The deck and hot tub were terrific. We were too busy to concern ourselves with the Turkish bath and hot sauna. Being on a coast, the roads wind and mostly go up and down. Drivers seem trained to be aware of hiker along the road. That surprise experience would not deter our group from visiting again. And we were 2 70 year olds, 3 adult children, and 4 grandchildren aged 2, 4, 6, and 8 who all adapted to the geography the coast requires. This property had great showers and plentiful water pressure, an open design that allowed abundant choices for work, play, and entertainment. Much of our time was spent hiking in the towns along the coast, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Capri, Amalfi, Ravello … The seafood was outstanding and the pace as fast or slow as desired. Our hosts provided extremely reliable service, from pickup at an apartment in Rome to 10 hour family travel support to Pompeii and Vesuvius to transport to Naples airport for the flight out.Most enjoyable and we would do it again. ##### james s. I would recommend a stay at this Villa to anyone thinking of a trip to the Amalfi Coast. The location is ideal - located in the quaint town of Minori - away from the crazy crowds of Amalfi and Positano. The Villa itself is so nice and the hosts are wonderful. They helped us plan our whole trip down to every detail - transportation, tours, hikes, stocking the Villa with supplies.. It was truly a dream vacation. I hope to be back one day ##### Susie V. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The villa itself was stunning — beautifully maintained, with charming details that blended rustic Italian character with modern comfort. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, overlooking rolling hills and vineyards that felt like something out of a postcard.Each morning, we enjoyed coffee surrounded by the sounds of nature, and in the evenings we relaxed with local wine by the pool as the sun set. The location was perfect — close enough to explore nearby villages, markets, and historic towns, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like our own sanctuary.What made the experience even more special was the attention to detail: thoughtful touches throughout the villa, recommendations for local restaurants and activities, and the sense that every part of our stay was carefully considered. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of our next visit.
