To check in we had to make our way through 50 drunk 18 year olds to the bar. Then drag our suitcases up the stairs to reach a small room. When I originally booked through Expedia the property's name was Joyce's Bed and Breakfast, but they serve no food whatsoever. The noisy guests downstairs could be heard from our room and I was afraid of leaving our rental car on the street with all of the drunk people wandering around.

"2nd stay here. No staff at all, works through messaging. Both times, it's been clean and we've slept very well. Very quiet hotel. Lovely view of the water. Comfy bed. Kids enjoy it."
