"The hotel had offensively changed the booking from my name to someone else's and did not offer any explanation. They did, however, allow a bunch of drunks holding alcoholic beverages to wander round the hotel at 3am, loudly shouting in the corridor outside my room. Perhaps they need to think more ..."
