The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.

"I love the sight around and from the window, the room clean, quiet, staff friendly. What I didn’t like it was the dinner choices were not much to offer, I ordered a duck who looks ok. to order but the meat was very hard and chewy. The breakfast was better with more choices and friendly staff."
