"El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien localizado y en general agradable. Ahora vienen los peros, el patio no es utilizable y no hay vistas a las montañas. Las tele apenas se veía por cortes de la señal y No había Netflix (no es que me preocupe mucho pero no lo tenían). La nevera es de las pequeñas y el congelador ínfimo. "Stayed during extensive renovations of lots of the rooms which didn’t really impact our stay. This hotel is part of a business park, so was mostly deserted on our Friday night / Saturday morning. Staff were helpful, spoke better English than my Spanish, dealt with a room swap due to cigarette smoke smell quickly. Room was nice, newish bathroom installation with acceptable workmanship, aircon unit was a bit beaten up by the conversion to wall control, but worked nicely. Odd car parking situation with dubious free on-street availability, reasonable charge (€12) for basement parking and stupid charge (€19) for business park open-air parking. Parking access passes are treated as if they were tiny VIP guests that keep trying to sneak away - presume they must be expensive to replace! In-house restaurant evening meal offering was nice, catered to our family well. Breakfast was standard continental buffet which would’ve had higher turnover on business days. Good location which suited us well before driving to Madrid airport."

"I stayed at the Dorma Linajes for two nights at the time of the eclipse in 2026. The location of the hotel was excellent from that point of view - a short walk into the countryside gave a clear view of the sun at the appropriate time. It is also a short walk to the Plaza Mayor in the town centre. The rate was reasonable and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is well stocked and also very reasonably priced at €10pp. My room was on the 6th floor and small, but neat and comfortable. The aircon was excellent. Note that the lift only goes up to the 5th floor - there are stairs up to the 6th. Two oddities: 1) The hotel terrace is not open after breakfast, which is a shame, as my room had no balcony. It would have been nice to be able to sit out. (The eclipse would have been visible from it.) 2) There is no kettle in the room. There is a kettle in reception, but no tea or coffee! (Bring your own, I guess.) ."

"Friendly and helpful check-in staff (always a great sign of what's to follow). Large clean room with a comfy bed and a large and bright bathroom. Great shower. Lovely (massive choice) breakfast included in the room cost. Beautiful outdoor courtyard/cloister. Right at the "start" of the aqueduct, short walk into the historic center. It's kind of perfect really."
