We chose to stay at Alex Johnson because of hits historic nature, and were pleased by the way it has been maintained and upgraded. It was also extremely convienient for walking around the uptown. The rooftop skybar (Vertext) is also a plus. We did not eat there because the menu was somewhat limited and a bit pricey, but we did enjoy having drinks there on the outdoor patio one evening.

The staff member behind the front desk helped us with where to park our car over our stay. We also got room service for our night meal from the restaurant located inside the hotel and the food was wonderful. The gentleman who brought our food to our room was very professional. Everything about our stay was perfect. Thanks.....................
