Casa Simona is a modern and renovated apartment, located in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from the center of Rapallo. With shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby, it’s the ideal starting point to explore the Gulf of Tigullio, Portofino, and Santa Margherita. Perfect for those seeking comfort, style, and a strategic location to fully enjoy the Ligurian Riviera.  
  
🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION  
🏡 This home is small but cozy and equipped with all comforts.  
It features a living room with a double sofa bed, an integrated kitchen, a double bedroom, a functional bathroom, and air conditioning ❄️.  
The true highlight is the small terrace, perfect for relaxing on quiet summer evenings 🌇.  
Although it doesn’t have private parking, this won’t be a problem: free street parking is available and convenient paid parking is just a few steps away.
