"Wonderful hotel with great amenities. Very family-friendly, staff were super helpful. It’s a little tucked away in terms of location, but they do offer free (limited) pickup and dropoff service to Taichung and pickup or dropoff service to Shuishe. Highly recommend."

"Overall great stay. The room and lobby area were very nice and clean. The bathroom and breakfast area were a bit dated but the breakfast selection was good with an amazing view of the lake. Excellent location with restaurants and bike rentals within steps from the hotel. Check out was at 11am and we asked for 12pm but unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate but they did hold our luggage so we could go on the gondola ride near by."

"The hotel consists of two conjoining buildings. One is in the middle which is remodeled and is modern look. The other one is on the corner that it was dated. We chose the middle building with renovation. Our room looks sleek and modern. Everything inside the room was good except for the bathtub lacking a shower curtain. Every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom including the sink, vanity top, and floor became wet. There was drinking water provided on every floor and also inside the rooms. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was good as it took about 7 minutes to walk to the main bus station."

"This resort was really nice. The room was clean, bathroom was stunning, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were excellent. We did have to walk a small ways to town - it didn't have a view of the lake or anything like that - but the benefits of having free parking, the pool, and the basement game room were worth the further location for my kids entertainment. We all had a really nice time!"
