Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. The hotel's breakfast was good and they offer free tea (they claim to be premium) and biscuits during the day until 6pm! It was facing the lake and we regretted not booking the lakeside view. Hotel provide good and simple breakfast. It was a great location and super easy to walk to for food. I like that breakfast was included and how the receptionists were very friendly. While the room was clean, it was very outdated.
