I do love staying here, staff are helpful and friendly. Pools nice, however we were staying in rooms 108 ac did work staff was quick and effortless to move us. The next time we stayed our room was put together well, I could tell however that they didn’t pay attention to cleaning, there was salt in the cupboard, hair under the bed, and we went to plug our chargers in found two tv remotes and an old card……….. neither one worked for our tv…..

We have stayed here twice and were very pleased with the clean, quiet room and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We will stay again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

The pool was still not open when we were there, but there is a free arcade with several games, ping-pong, a pool table, and foosball. It's an older facility, updated for those who need to stay a while. As long as you don't expect a new hotel with everything perfect, it's a good option. It was a great base of operations while we were visiting family in Sterling!

The pool looked nice and was inside, but we didn’t get to use it. The room was not clean and was full of flies. The sheets were clean. There were no amenities as in plates, bowls cups coffee maker. The hotel did not offer coffee in the lobby either.

There was no staff on site when I arrived. There was a sign that said to call a phone number if no one was at the desk. I called & no one ever answered. The place looked deserted & smelled like bleach. It was in a very sketchy area. I left.

bugs all over the place, pool was FREEZING and had a lot of bugs in the pool as well ;( room didn’t have coffee maker or cups like usual. went to front desk at 10:30pm and nobody was there. waited for 10mins and nobody came, we wanted to get a few coffees to buy but couldn’t cause nobody was there.
